Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering exceptional quality in every box. However, we understand that exceptions arise, and we handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Exceptions

  • Missing items: If an item is missing from your box, we will include it in your next month’s delivery at no charge.
  • Damaged goods: If your box arrives with damaged contents due to our packaging, contact us within 5 days of receipt with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or credit.
  • Incorrect box received: If you receive a box for the wrong age band, contact us immediately and we will arrange a swap or credit.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Change of mind after payment has been processed
  • Delayed delivery due to courier or address errors
  • Multi-month packages paid in advance
  • Digital products (Adventure Books and downloadable content)
