We ship our subscription boxes nationally across South Africa and to Namibia. Deliveries reach the majority of RSA customers within 3-5 business days of dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- Gauteng: 1-2 business days after dispatch
- Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape: 2-4 business days
- Other provinces and outlying areas: 3-6 business days
- Namibia: 5-10 business days
Delivery Tracking
Once your box is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number from our courier partner. Use this number to track your delivery on the courier’s website.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
