By placing an order or subscribing to My Adventure Box, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

Subscriptions

• Month-to-month subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations must be received before the monthly cut-off date to avoid being charged for the following month’s box.
• Multi-month packages (6-month and 12-month) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once purchased.
• Each subscription box is curated for one child. We recommend separate boxes for twins or siblings in the same age band.

Ordering & Payment

• All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
• Orders are only confirmed upon successful receipt of payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a pricing error or stock unavailability, with a full refund issued.

Customisation

Due to the volume of monthly orders, we are unable to accommodate individual box customisations. Each box is curated according to the selected age band and monthly theme.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and activity materials — is the property of My Adventure Box and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

My Adventure Box shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
